Maintaining your vehicle When travelling down the highway of your life it’s important to pay some attention to the vehicle you’re in driving. Rest assured that your mind, body, and soul will get you to your destination with just a little basic maintenance. Without some effort however you may find some trouble on your trip. Fill up your tank regularly with good quality fuel. Running on empty will have obvious deleterious effects. Poor quality fuel might be cheaper or easier in the short term but your performance and economy will suffer and you may ultimately run the risk of terminal engine damage. Frequently add the good oil. More than occasional playfulness and fun will lubricate your vehicle and reduce the friction and damage caused by the daily grind of metal on metal. Ensure your filters are clean. If your filters are clogged with impurities they will fail to function effectively and you may breakdown. Filters provide a barrier against negative and destructive inputs and allow you to continue thinking affirmatively for yourself. Check the liquid levels in the radiator. The lines that connect you can sometimes decay and in turn they may leak or even burst. Be prepared to observe any signs of overheating in your life and either tighten your connections or replace them altogether with a better quality product. If your connections fail, you will lose your cool. Keep an eye on your tyre pressure. If your tyres are not correctly inflated you will find your ride is compromised. Too much pressure is bumpy and wearing. Too little pressure is boring and full of inertia. Finding the correct balance will help you perform through the bends that life’s highway inevitably offers. Be aware that you don’t have to do all this maintenance alone. There are many expert professionals with a variety of skills who can assist. They can also advise you about proactive repairs and after market modifications that can enhance your factory standard settings to help you supercharge your performance. Don’t just take one persons information, shop around to find the best advice that you can trust and relate too.
